I have only used this location for it's public dump services but it is easy to access, the procedure is easy with my trailer, and the price is fair. Be advised, the minimum charge is 54 dollars. Does not matter if you even have just one bag of trash. Those are the rules. So make your trip worth it. As of August 3rd 2024 the rate is about 107 dollars per ton of waste.

This company is price gouging! My bill for three months was $174 dollars! When I called to cancel my service because I found a local service that is $69 dollars for three months, I was told Republic Services would price match a competitor's rate. I was furious by the dishonesty of this company to price gouge me for so long. I told the agent I prefer to work with a company with some integrity. That's when she told me it would be $90 to pick up my trash cans. Unacceptable! I'm so glad I will never be a customer of Republic Services again. Choose any company but this one.

Today they did not pick up my trash because a car was broken down and they couldn’t get my trash! I had even put it in the driveway! I have had several times no one shows up at all! I also have we’re my trash can will just be thrown in the driveway and yes I have cameras! I believe I have given this company a chance but I will be looking for a new company ASAP! Many people in my neighborhood have gone elsewhere because of the high rate this company charges and poor service!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! When we first started service the$50 delivery fee for a can was absurd. When I got my first bill it was in no way what I was told. I was charged for service, can, fuel and environmental charge and admin fee. I was NOT told about these other fees. My last bill was astronomical and the first reasoning was I used a competitors can which I did not. Then after the third call I was told I it was overage charge because my lid did not shut. I tried to pay and cancel but was told a new bill had to be done. After three attempts to pay my bill was finally ready. They charged me $30 late fee, even tho I tried to pay way before the bill was due, $30 to pick up the can PLUS fuel charge to pick up the can, PLUS the bogus overage charge, PLUS fuel and environmental fee on the bogus coverage. To close this and pay the final bill was over $100. The employee closing the account was rude and just a miserable human being. This company is a rip off.

They don’t even deserve a one star! Horrible service. I was double charged three times in a row, spent hours on the phone with them each time to get bill adjusted. Decided to cancel and they were over a month late picking up the container and then sent me a bill over $500. When i called to dispute that they told me they are going to send to collections. This place needs to be put out of business

Very expensive twice the price of other services, they just keep adding on frees and fuel costs. When my wife called to change services she had to put up with their attitude. Then she was informed they were intending to charge us $50 to pick up their can.($30 plus fees and more fuel charges!) I think I'll call the Better Business. Bureau.

A year after we quit using them, I received a call asking for their cans back. When we called to cancel, we were told that their system didn’t show we had any so the guy told us to keep them. We told them we did have one but he said the system doesn’t show that so we got lucky to keep the can. A year later when we got the call to schedule a pick up, we told the lady what we were told and she didn’t believe us. She was going to either 1. Charge us for the can or 2. Charge us to come pick it up. After my husband called - not happy - she said they would pick it up if he put it on the curb. So we did. When they came to pick up the can the guy sat in the truck on the phone for awhile and when my husband asked him what was up he said “well this is a waste management can, not republic” my husband said well that’s the only can we have so take it or leave it. Republic used to be waste management so we had the old can. The guy said oh ok and just took it. Hope they feel good after squeezing as much out of a past customer as possible. A YEAR after we cancelled. I gave them two stars because we had no issues while we had it. Oh and we lived right down the street and they wanted to charge us $30 to come get it ?

3 of my friends and I just compared our trash bills for this quarter and for the EXACT same service they ranged from $113 to $254. Republic trash is obviously not very ethical with their billing practices and since I’ve just been hung up on twice by their “customer service” I guess I’ll just contact the BBB and ask them about it.
